Being a fussy eater I had slight reservations and worries about the new eating plan and whether or not I could follow the recipes, however the amount of choices and variations of food was excellent, I had no problems with what to have to eat with a vast amount of recipes and meal suggestions.

Dawns Pilates and exercise classes have been a fundamental part of my weekly fitness regime since January 2006. During this time i have maintained a 3 1/2 stone weight loss.... with some fluctuations, i am only human after all. Without Dawn's encouragement and overwhelmingly positive attitude, i would not have found it so easy to achieve my goal.
I have just taken part in my very first large charity event, with Dawn’s assistance it became a possibility and reality. I did it and succeeded in completing the 5K walk, something I never thought I would be able to have done in the past.
I have been attending Dawn's Fitsteps and Zumba classes for three years but thought I would give her kettlebells/HIIT course a go. It proved to be a great all round workout where you worked at your own level (as with all of Dawn's classes) giving you a quick calorie burning workout and at the same time raising your fitness level. The class was packed full of fun! Why don't you give it a go? I'm looking forward to the next KB/HIIT course.

I have been coming to Dawn's classes at Peter Newton hall for more than 15 years. In all that time I have enjoyed each and every one of them, made lots of new friends and hopefully kept myself a little fitter.
I love the progress I have made. When I first started Pilates there were things I just couldn’t do, and with perseverance, guidance and practice, my strength, movement and flexibility have improved and are continuing to improve no end. I would definitely recommend Pilates to anyone, I love it!
Dawn is a very knowledgeable and reassuring instructor, knowing when extra encouragement is needed to push you to the next level.
Personally for me, Pilates has in my opinion been the best thing I could have done for my lower back. I very rarely suffer with lower back pain, my core strength is very strong and my body shape has changed for the better. I think Dawn is very inspirational, very professional, and I hope will continue to teach the way she does.
Dawn makes her classes fun, always telling us to work at our own levels, and that there is no right or wrong way to Zumba.
Dawn is brilliant, really encouraging, giving praise when I really needed it. Her enthusiasm and love of her job rubs off on the class and everyone is really supportive
