Dawn SawyerWelcome to Dawn Sawyer Fitness offering nutrition advice, inspiring and motivating my members to take part in classes to suit a full range of different lifestyles.

I am a fully qualified instructor in exercise and weight management, who has been coaching Fitness & Lifestyle classes in the Bedfordshire area for over 20 years – helping people become fitter, healthier and happier.

Having trained as a Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness instructor back in 1999, I have seen incredible weight loss and improvements in fitness levels in my member’s lives through healthy eating and exercise. I am passionate about what I do and I love everything about fitness, healthy eating and helping members work towards and achieve their goals.

When the Rosemary Conley organisation went into administration in 2014, I decided to continue to help and support others to improve their health and fitness. It was then that Dawn Sawyer Fitness was born!

Having struggled with my own weight for many years and attended slimming classes I truly understand the ups and downs we are faced with and the difficulties we experience along the way. I promote healthy eating and portion control, as coupled with exercise this is the only way to lose weight steadily and keep it off!

I don’t encourage quirky diets or quick fixes it is all about moderation – the right foods and exercise. My focus is on helping you make the right choices and with my coaching and support we can achieve your fitness and weight loss goals safely and permanently.

I am proud of the fact that I have helped so many people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals and look forward to helping many more individuals.

There is something for everyone in our classes, whether you want to improve your fitness, lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.
